1:ORDERS
I accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Googlewallet. In the notes section of the order please don't hesitate to add any old request such as:
- Gift wrap
- Unique size (for rings)
- Special mailing requests
- Rush orders (I will do my best but can't commit)
2:SHIPPING
Shipping USPS First Class 5-7 days is free in the USA. Expedited and overnight USPS rates are also available as you exit the store. All boxes are insured.
When shipping outside of the USA is a flat USPS international $50 rate, any tax or duty charge is the responsibility of the buyer.
All my designs are packed in quality gift boxes - strong enough for shipping and pretty enough to use as a gift box.
*Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. All these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to buying.
3:RETURNS
Your satisfaction is my major concern. If the jewel arrives damaged in any way, please send it back and I will repair or replace it, free of charge. If you are dissatisfied with the product return within 5 days of receipt for an immediate full refund. . Buyer must pay return shipping and ship the item back insured with a tracking number.
For custom work please check with me prior to ordering, return policy is highly dependent on the degree of customization.
Refund on diamond jewelry priced at $1000 or more will be delayed for 10 days until I can verify the diamond I sent is the diamond I received.
